i have tried to extract the file but it needs a password. i am new to this site and not sure if you use a default one or if they are stored in a perticular area.

Thank you for posting the IOS 8.2. Trying to find IOSs online is a pain. Even when you have a valid device. Trying to come into a network with no documentation and get help from Cisco is no fun.
