Delphi diagnostic

Hi all, I bought a Delphi diagnostic tool from ebay a couple of years ago and all was working fine until my laptop gave up. I've since bought a new laptop but The tool needs activation. I've been trying to get hold of the guy that sold it to me originally to activate it for me ( not a genuine tool) but to no avail. Is there anyone on here who is able to activate the tool for me?
