Hi!
I need to correct the dash "km" in a Jaguar S-type my-2005,2.7d.
It uses MC9S12H256VFV , 1K78X mask mcu.
I`m attaching the original file with 198608 km. I want to correct it to 132000 km.
Does anyone can help me?

Hey M8.

Think your file is corrupt....its empty....shows only FFFFFFFFF:hmmmm2:

Did you check the the whole dump mate.... Coz its there ...at the bottom (where it should be...)

Calcs at the workshop mate....If one of our Brothers don't alter it tonight ...I will do it in the morning....

PS.. It's a good Idea to blank the Vin number mate...( Lot of Dubious Characters in the world...) Not members Of course....

So what about the 'O.P.W.' the One Post Wounders arn't they dubious then?

Thanks for reply.Problem solved ,I made calculations with Licznik4 .
I use Ford Ecoline(9s12dt256c).KM data stored on same place and system.

New it was ford mate ... but unsure of the Encryption .. Glad you sorted it out...

Yeah, but with what I could original KM I was able to experiment with it so and I was lucky.

Good for you mate ...Coz I would have said 28 0B...and then it would have come up error...Just working it out myself that is ... If I had used Tachosoft ...Ford Freestar ..it would have given me 28 0C...

Hi

Do you have the points to solder or has to be removed from the board.

If not remove, which software are u using.

use the same points as ford aswell
