New dealership or a qualified mechanic that can do a complete scan of the vehicle for codes.

So a dealership with factory tools couldn't fix it but with your limited to no info you think there is a solution here? :roflmao:

If those warning lights are on, there are definitely codes in some of the modules.

The dealership needs to fire all their grease monkeys and hire some talented techs.

You are not going to find a magic answer here.
