okee dokee, so i've set up a media centre box using a haupage pvr150 as the tv card.
i use a digivox (old silver one) for my cabletv and i used the rf out from this box to the rf in of my tv card. as i get a better signal for the terrestrial channels this way.
when my card doeas a scan for channels it picks up some scramble catv channels i think disney channel is one and boomerang is another.
question is is there some software solution anybody's heard of to unscramble these channels?
not a biggy as i get them on the digivox anyway, i just think it'd be kinda cool :-)
ps, i've posted this here as well as the pc forum as i'm not entirely sure where this post belongs.
thanks in advance

While MCE05 was being beta tested a couple of guys here in the UK were able to decode some of the encrypted channels from a cable feed pluged into the RF connection on the capture card. I believe they were using the Hauppauge Sat CI and a Dragon CAM.

I can't double check what they used as TGB removed those type of posts when they got MS sponsorship. :(
