Dodge and other makes pin from dump?

Are you guys using an app to extract PINS from Dumps or manually searching hex addresses? I remember seeing a post on here when I first found this forum, and it showed points to solder to read eeproms and hex addresses for PINS on various cars. Can't seem to find it now. Thanks for the help.

Edit: This will pull dodge PIN from a dump in the demo if anyone else needs..
