NO!!, CH341 programer only do 24Cxx(i2c) and 25XX(flash)

you need SPI programer

al right, i will try with digiprog3 eeprom function

yes it can do just supply it with 5 volt cut the 3 volt source to 25xx and get 5 volt from the pin beside and add a (16 Volt 1000 farad capactior) to power source of USB i dont know this is neccesary or not
