Remote keyless synchronization Passat B8

Hi Guys,
how to resynchronize keyless remote for Passat B8? I have two working keys and one remote not working. There is DTS see below and in adaptation menu no option about remote synchro. Thanks.

this key already adapted. It can start the car.

problem in remote. i had at diferents car models. remotes have right frequency and excelent signal but no way resynhronise in car. new remote added no prob. this happened at pasat b6, b7,tauareq and some audi cars.
