me 7.1.1 problem

i have ecu me 7.1.1 vw caddy i desolder 29f800 and i do lambda off in new 29f800,car dont start,i put original 29f800 car start but after 2 minute the car switch off and dont start and fan run
Any idea??

Solder again all Pins from Flash
