Can somebody reccomend a reliable suplier of this tool dont want to buy an empty box that will kill cas units ne advice is welcome

I'd recommend the red cas programmer.

Replaced my original Rosfar with one years ago and not had any issues.

Have a look on Aliexpress and use a reputable seller and you'll be fine.
