Customer said that the car had wierd jerk while acceleration (1800-3500) rpm.
So, i cheked the fault memory, says DF053 (Rail pressure to low) I changed both sensors, the one on the pump, and the one on the rail.
Problem not solved, then i flashed the ECU, with an original flash (tought maybe someone chiptuned it) But still nothing.
Fuel is good, filter changed, egr changed 2 weeks ago (states customer). The mainfold is very dirty from what ive saw.
So, I went for a run with my pc, recording live parametrs. When i press the pedal, the rail preassure (at the momen the car starts to jerk) Rail preassure states 1500, and maximum allowed in the Rail map and Rail limit map, states 13500 (1350 bar?)
Anybody knows something about this?
And yas, all 4 injectors were tested, all 4 okay..
