Mercede C200 W203 EDC15C6 please Flap Swirl or DTC1189 OFF

EDC15C6, W203 2,2CDI have DTC P1189, i've try anything with the flap actuator (replaced two times) and mechanics, no way to fix it,
so i need flap swirl-off.
