I need SAS OFF
2004 Passat 2.0l Simos 3.2 ECU

DTC: 17831 - Secondary Air Injection System; Bank 1
P1423 - 35-00 - Insufficient Flow
Who can kill this system or DTC?

As i see, the P codes for the SAS are already modified...
There will be no MIL, you can disconnect the SAS, only on diag you will have errors, but who cares...
Without a Damos for this ECU is IMPOSSIBLE to deactivate anything truly.
So you have two options - leave it as is, or repair the problem with SAS.
