BMW 328 from 1997 immo

Hi to all guys.
I have an ecu Siemens MS41.0 from a BMW 328 and I need im*o off for this ecu because it is to apply in another car.
It uses the TMS 28f200 flash Eprom.

When another car is BMW , You must synchronisation EWS with DME PaSoft or InPa program via diagnostic plug in the car .

iv heard there is a way to "flash" the ews so it doesnt work anymore, wat soft/hardware wud you use?

The guys brought the motor, ECU, electrical parts, EWS, everything..
The only thing he doesnt have is the key.
There is no need the sync because the ECU and the EWS in from the same car.

Problem solved.
I made a key with the 320 configuration but with the 328i software for the transponder.
