2016 mazda 6 milleage change, what chip and is it hard?

just wondering if its an easy chip to read and easy to get to the chip

This car done by OBD by Mazdameter, X100 and etc. No need to remove dashboard.

x100pro goes fine on this cars by obd. just select "automatical detection" on the menu and follow the instructions

Being ford is in mazdas bloodline i would imagine at least 2-3 more mileage locations like newer fords, but maybe I'm wrong but what if im right? lol

yes there is now a few places where they hide some more of those value.
TPMS system is just one of them.
you need mazda IDS to take a look at what they can find. (if it is important to you to do it properly)

just upgraded the tool and half the cars were not selected

went back in and selected the cars and now it has mazda

hi all still having issues with this x100 pro

upgraded unit so now I have mazda

I goto auto detection

says turn ign on

then says turn ign off and then back on

tool is not connecting to the cluster

what I did find is the car is a 2017 mazda 6 atenza
so im wondering if the x100 pro will not do this model
when I google it I find the x100 pro can do 2015 mazda 6

or do I need to turn off and on a certain way cause the x100 pro just wont communicate with cluster

any help to get this car sorted is greatly appreciated

try this !
when it first asks you to turn ignition off and on don’t turn it off just leave it on to read the mileage
after you input desired mileage it then asks to turn off and on so you need to turn it off and on very quickly
do this and it will work 100%

pretty sure i tried that afew times
just goes thru the 2 minute countdown trying to connect and then eventually says no connection
and says to make sure ign is on
but ill give it a try again
