Mercedes C Class EDC16C2 need Swirl Flaps OFF

can someone help with swirl flaps off for mercedes W203 220 CDI 122 hp EDC16C2 fault is P1189
flaps are psically removed,if possible with disconnected plug and fault P2530 off
