TCM VIRGEN PLEASE MERCEDES CLA250 4 MATIC FBS4

Dear colleagues.
I need your help to make "virgin" this TCM of a Mercedes CLA250 4 MATIC of the 2015 FBS4. I have the connection but when I try to communicate with a scanner, there is an internal sound "clack and clack" and the scanner disconnects immediately.
Can someone tell me how can I virvinize this TCM?

the solution was changing new TCM
