Do you enter the code correctly?

Please note that code entry is only possible with the ignition switched on, and in the order shown. If the display continually shows "ERR" then the unit may be codelocked and all of your code entry attempts may have been used up.

Code Entry as Follows:

Switch ON the Ignition (No need to start car)
Switch Radio On - Display Shows
" COdE " Flashing
Press And Hold " Auto-M " And Preset " 6 "
The Display Will Show " - - - - "
Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit
If the correct code number is now shown
Press And Hold " Auto-M " And Preset " 6 "
The Display Will Slowly Flash "CODE"
And the Radio will then Turn On
