Citroen C3 Ii 1.4 HDI 2011y- How read/write ECU?

Hello,
I have a question:
How to read and write Citroen C3 II 1.4 Hdi 2011 year.
I have Galleto V54 EU clone and MPPS V18 EU clone and Kess and Ktag with Red PCB but not reworked.
Possible read and write via OBD?

Not possible thru OBD with clone tools, because it is EDC17C10.
Open ECU and read full back up with Ktag, write Flash also with Ktag.
Wach out for electrostatic discharge on this ecu when opening and connecting, use ground to your hand
