Bmw E91 sycro troubles

Somebody did a dash (obviously cas too) work in this car recently.
After 1-2 week the car is stopped.

I made a Cas3-evl syncro and the car starting again
and again....etc

This sycro lost thing is bcose the dash job or something else?
Is there any permanent solution to fix this problem?

Car can start without dash

it's ok, but the dash guy changed the km in the CAS too. If he messed up something in the cas and thats the sycro loosing reason, what is the solution? New dflash + new keys + synco? Dealer? New cas..etc
