Polo 2010 new dash help !

Hello i have a polo 6r from 2010, the dash is stolen and i need to install new dash in to the car.
If i put the new dash in to the car and learn a new key/transponder will it start the car ? Or must be done some more ?
Any help wil be welcome.

I have fvdi clone and vvdi2.

This dash have 12 byts cs. 6 for key sync and 6 for ecu sync+mac and power class. So lern key is not enought. You must to extract immo data from ecu. And one advice from me: READ ABS CODING before changing dash.
