to clone pcr2.1 with BSL100?

hi i would like to know if bsl100 can read and write the flash Tricore with OTP. on pcr2.1
I procured a bsl100 with adapter BSL 131 everything goes very well pin out and bootmode so I managed to read a dump bsl to go
can I be enlightened if this dump attached is a flash with otp?

upload me orginal eep and eep from new ecu. I copy immo data than you flash sgo software and car start, easy an fast.

you did not understand me I do not have a problem with a my ecu pcr2.1 just I want to know is that reading with bsl100 gives a dump tricore with otp so we can make a clone on another new calculator
