Hello all i have one qiestion for one vw passat b6 2.0 tdi 16v 140ps
The car have problem white smoke too much in idle ,after this engine was repaired complete again the same white smoke,change new injectors again same,new turbo the same,after i checked for dpf i removed dpf and egr again the same,new fuel sensors ,maf again the same
What can be problem is very interesting thing or bad ecu can be ,thanks

Timing? How does the car run beside bit smoke? What about rev high? Pedal response?

The timing is good,car drive good good power ,but just white smoke in drive and in idle

what about coolant? is it going low after longer trip? i had same and was egr cooler bad

Coolant all.the time is the same in normal level

Your car is definitely either overfuelling or not combusting fuel completely. Need to check if AFR is 14.7:1 and what value lambda is. If lambda is still reading around 1.0 then there is something wrong.

EDIT: Any DTCs?

you can look in parameter wich injector have a high correction meaby compression lost measure compression meaby drive shaft is not strait enymore piston is than a copple of mm lower and ecu try to correct it with fuel

No dtc in ecu ,ori file is inside the ecu,the lambda is zero for now what i know i will check tomorrow again

1 injector is 0.37
2 injector is -0.05
3 injector is 0.10
4 injector is 0.20

I think those are good readings.

Lambda should not be zero. It should be around 1.0 but on your car as it is overfuelling then I would have thought the reading would be very rich i.e. below 1.

Check also temp sensor from lambda, if car regenerate you see around 400 degrees. This need -150
