Sorry to screw up somebody elese thread, would you be kind enough

Its a five digit number and letter combination for Motorola Proccessors mate ... Lets you ID them ..when the Processor type is not on the MCU .. like the one above ....

I posted these a couple of days ago...

*CONFUSED* Without meaning to be totally stupid, or anything
then where does crowbareight find the number you want?

*EVEN MORE CONFUSED* Why are you asking for the mask number
when you have these awesome usefull looking PDF files?

Sorry to ask stupid questions

(If you feel the need to tell me to FRO feel free)

if i'm boring you just so.

Do you have a HC05 programmer mate....? ETL ..or UPA ?

If so then read it and post the dump...

I have various programers for dashboards etc,
But looking for a Bee+ programmer from Santa !! lol
But will have to surfice with my basic william programmer & a few china specials !!
Have the software ok but looking to see if my nec dash programmer might have read it.
Its more for the 78's
But its one of the wire on type.
& of coarse the Big magnifier & the specs on to see the correct pins !
prefer the adapters & just set the chip into them though !
Alot lot easier !

He is still talking about NEC:hmmmm::hmmmm::hmmmm:

Its motorola not NEC.

Use UPA or Xprog to read HC05 friend. Now we know its HC05, then calculation of hours should be easy (4 bytes maximum).

@Kareszka
where did you get the mask id program from? i mean from the screenshot.
nice one

Have checked the Jumper Pd, but seems to make no differance,
also other chip reading the same.
I am going to try another board as these first two chips may be buggered.
Will try this other one and i will see what it reads.
Wonder is the desoldering bit station putting too much heat into the components ? 275 C ??
Will they still read if the ETL unit has got a red led(ie the security led) on all the time even though the green/yellow read light (middle led)is flickering indicatng it is reading
Power one is also green & ok
Or will it have to be unlocked with the software
Ie to give full access to the buffer file?

Red means it is sucure... and will give you the shit that you have been getting ....The heat 275.. is not hot enough to damage them ....You did select the second option down ...? then Highlight the second column option ....? ... If so .. if you look at your table and you have the correct MCU jumpers set ... make sure that the connections are clean ....

It needs to unlock ...before you will see the correct dump mate ,,

Hello Guys!

i'm currently working for finding the code...i've been searching a way to read the ?P (ZC99124CFN) all i know is that ?p could be a 68HC705B16...but when i try with a full compatible programmer,it seems that the device is protected!

Is someone able to give me All the explications (?p?, bin...) with the *.bin in order to start to understand how JD have protected the hours.

i've been cracked the hours For JD 6100-6400...

thanx.
Have a nice day

Stay tuned

Well, before tested it, i think all the program you've put on the web are just the "EEPROM" part, it missed the "main part" of it in order to test it under a BCU...Is anyone be able to post ALL the program...PLEASE..
and i will tery to understand the hours...

Thanx....

Hi Sheer !
Well I have tried to read the 68hc mcu but with locking & unlocking I get the same result.
Have tried 3 differant programmers to read & only one can give me what you see so far,
But however the hours may seem to be locked in this section as I have tried four different units now (all with 9900 odd hours) & the eproms give different readings in certain lines of the code,
Now I have been looking at the Alfa cars dash & they use a simlar chip but the miles are spread across the same section as the hours on the JD BCU.
So I have been trying to find the hours amongst the lines & which code changes with the hours,
Now I have two units with only three hours of differance & I am going to see what has changed,
Now maybe I have not read the whole unit to find out ,but have you been able to read it ?
And with what programmer & how ?
Have used ETL unit & only way have found to unlock is by setting the whole eprom to 00 00 00 etc & reprograming it as so.
Yes beleve it or not but this unlocks the bugger, & the chip reads as before as though it was never unlocked !
But yet etl board states unlocked chip.
By this stage I am getting More grey hairs per day !!! lol
:dontknow:

They still have not cracked the 6600 68,69 series yet !!
Anyone can do the others as he had even been asking me for inside info !

As all the info is logged on the BCU unit & not the standard eprom on the back of the clocks as on the smaller models.
