What tool is better to read/write BWM 318d E90 2006 edc16c35, Kess 5.017 china red pcb, o mpps v16 china? Have also Ktag, but really don't like open Ecus :)
With Mpps did more than hundred edc16 Opels without an issue and found that Kess sometimes has issues with edc16c35.
If anybody has tested with success or unsuccessfully please share experience :)

I have done mine e91 320d edc16 and 330d edc16 many times with MMPS v16. Never had problems. Also have done the same cars with Kess.

Galleto V54 EU clone also possible read and write this ECU by Obd.

do not use kess clone 2.47 5.017

My Kess is 2.23 5.017, not good?

No problem do it, better use fgtech v54

When choose 318D in mpps is a comment that needed 14V or above, its not enought 12.4-12.6v from battery?

Put it on charger,why to risk to brick your ecu

It's enough, because reading / writing takes about 2 min :)

So choose k_line fast or slow? And read data only i think? Or it realy can read full read with OBD? :)
On tuesday should get this car :)

Didn't risk, did with Ktag, later will try with mpps same car when have backup :)
What cable to use to see live data of this BMW, thought Launch will show but there is 0 usefull infomation?

keep in mind that with this ecu will start fuel pump during all the writing time so put a charger

mpps goes fine
