i have pu1646a i try to read bu i think is rotated eprom 93c46, can be remove thisw in this radio???

thnak you but i dont have proble m whith read rotated eprom , my poblem is if is posible remove secuity sintem of this radios , o need remove the bep bep bep of the radio when you don have vin number whitout vinnumber
