2003-2006 silverado suburban dash question?

has anyone ever had this on a 2003-2006 dash... when powered up, where the odo is displayed it doesnt stop displaying where the options are for changing languages. its like the button is stuck but it is not. thanks in advance

Corrosion on the back of the circuit board, small grey spots. More prevalent on the 2003-2004 before they started using more conformal coating.

Also sometimes it still is trip button when cluster is disassembled spray alcohol/contact cleaner on button and press in/release fast repeat a few times and then compressed air. If still an issue then as clusters mentioned.
