hi, I cant find eeprom 95640. I cant identify. does it have some mask to read as 95640. which one is it ? pics attached

I have soic 6259-2 2cf g1433...… TLE62506 2FC G1439...… S5051A PE40 and tssop 5L0 E444 AKM

Just clear with scan tool first
It should clear all crash
