Nissan Sunny 93c66 help

hi i was doing incircuit programming on digiprog 3 but unfortunately all data corrupted (FFFF) , and no saved file works e:g rmp and speed guage dosent works but km shows fine.

Anyone have a good file for this car please ? its DIESEL indian

is the eerpom damaged or only data?

are you writing on the board? remove c66 from pcb, Eeprom is fine...
