B3601 - Key Capture Relay Circuit Malfunction

Hi, servicere instaleld used psg16, I reset used, merried to immo sistem, change VIN, but in CIM is
B3601-04 - Key Capture Relay Circuit Malfunction
Engine not cranck, car is automatic transmission
Car is Vectra C 2003 year 2.2 diesel
I just go to immobilizer programing and select ECU REPLACED. not go after that in other modules,BCM , instrument or other to reset, in ECU noit have errors related to immo, intake temp only error

I reset/program all modules that has immo program,icm,bcm,pdd... Still same problem
