Toyota Solara 2000 - Instrument Cluster wiring diagram

I have a Toyota Solara 2000 and I have the instrument cluster wiring diagram, but honestly, I dont understand this one.
Can someone savvy read this and let me know how to power up this cluster on table?

I would like to power up the whole cluster to check the light and faulty gauges
