aprilia SHIVER unknown version

hi

i read 24C16, I used tango keymaker, but it show "unknown version"
read with orange and VVDI programmer (same reading), who can edit it to be accepted by tango?

it shows unknown version because it doesn't contains transponder data in lines #60 and #70,
if i add manually transponder data, and generate transponder with Tango, can it start bike?
or need to make ECU virgin,
any help is appreciated
