ESL hash data doesn't match key 1 data. Write the file to both ESL cpus. I suggest you make a new key7.

I'm erease it, esl unlock and lock, as I put in and put out key, but I can't turn key in ezs.

Check the coil inside the ezs or just make the key turn manually from inside the ezs and try to start , if it starts the problem is with turning coil

Y'know, just a couple weeks ago, I had an old W202, using the old Motorola key, with exactly the same symptoms. The simple fix was to unlock the ESL, make a new BE key and send it on it's way.

From the EIS file you posted, there's no need to do that. If a new key doesn't turn, there is a choice of repairing the original EIS or getting another and cloning it.
