BMW ELV malfunctioning

Hello ,
i changed cas2 in 2006 BMW 525i and after programming the key i get this error
on display ELV malfunctioning .
how do i solve this
i am having Maxisys Elite and FVDI 2 china .

thanks so much for the info i have K+DCAN usb interface but i have not installed INPA .
I have attached both CAS2 and DME dumps in someone can do the sync ,and i will write the sync files
back . thanks in advance

In my experience, any tool that makes a key by OBD will do it.

CGDI. Bmw Multitool, VVDI etc.

INPA and ISTA are the cheapest ways.

Try to code again cas, it usualy fix elv error after key programming. For me it works

i have installed inpa , do i still need to virgin DME before doing CAS and DME sync ?

Hello
i have not been able to start this vehicle , thanks to all members who are assisting
me to make this work possible .
my problem is that all my tools cannot write back file to DME MSV70 .
Is it possible to to write ISN from DME to CAS so i will write back to CAS
and prepare new key .
i have attached new DME and CAS2 dumps . If possible i want to use the VIN in DME for CAS
even though Car has different VIN
