I have one problem. I want to write a full flash dump to radio. Always makes a mistake. I tried different options. I think the addresses do not match
I use J-Link and to read sector or full dump no problem.
Can you advise me?

Memory size is corect-64Mx8. I think that you try to write x8 and chip organization is 16 bits.

You can not write full flash , sector 0 is protected.
Set correct flash memory base address and try to write any other sector...

I can write one or two sectors without problems
When I change the base address there is no connection.
I tried to bypass 0 sector. I also deleted 0 sector in the dump. I wrote from 20000 to 3FFFFFF. The radio goes out :(
Later I will try to revive if I succeed

My advice about base address is based on experience with my project, which I wrote alone and seems there are difference in projects we use...
I have broken LCN unit for experiments, wired it and tested the project you use to be sure.

I suggest to set RAM size to 64kB, disconnect power supply and try again.

EDIT: There is no difference either 64KB or 96KB.

I tried to remove the front radio panel. A few sectors succeed in reading and stop.

Successfully deleted and writed the dump split into 50 sectors. The dump is from another radio

Hi,

code is 1692 as smoggy said. Current solution is to erase sectors 265 and 266 but this will destroy the whole file system with data loss.
Post full dump and give me some time, i maybe have a less destructive solution. But you need to know how to write sequence of sectors and you will be the first one trying this solution.
