Alfa Radio, Blaupunkt Alfa 939 MP3 SB05

Hi, I have this radio that is showing Blocked/Wait, but how ever long you wait it never clears,
the serial is BP630391346542.

I believe the code is 3416,

But we dont know how to clear the blocked/wait problem.
I can get eeprom dump if required.
