Hi,

Today i want read by KTAG BDM ecu from Mercedes W204 2.2 CDI 100kW.

I identify this ecu as:
DELPHI CRD.11 OM646 EVO

HW: 50.06
SW: 23.08

I was trying Read it via protocol (Delphi DCM3.2 MERCEDES P119) but without succes.

After Identyfying ECU ...
i get resoponse:

Hardware configuration not supported: send the LOG files to the software provider.

BDM connections is the same as in the HELP in KSuite.

Do you have any solution How correctly READ and WRITE this ecu by KTAG ?

I use KSuite 2.13 and KTAG EU 7.020

All best !!!

You should say:

"Buy original and ask offical support"

I dont do it for money. It is my engineering dissertation and hobby and i dont need original stuff.
I wrote here becuse i suppose i am not first person who has this problem becouse KSuite havent direct protocol for Delphi CRD.11.

I am not sure this is problem with KTAG becouse i read newer ecu without any errors.
Maybe someone ever have the same error and has solution.

But thanks for answer.

I write all info what you need, I read this ecu with genuine adapter 1 week ago to any problem. The same hardware what yours

So, maybe you remember any special issue ? Need i bridge more than two points ? What about BDM align ? The gap in bdm socket is in middle direction or external direction ? I read somwhere about mirror connections or somthing like that.

Did you have protocol for Delphi CRD.11 in original KSuite ?

Could you share connection instruction ?

All best :)

On the second picture which shows adapter connections the gap in socet is in external direction.
Do you think it should be the same with my BDM adapter ?

You can read this ecu with ktag clone v7.020, i do this several times.
I think you missed 2 pins shows yellow instruction in ktag.

You need make direct connect with 2 pins on the pcb, and they will read it.

One more thing, i buy crd1.1 adapter from ecubay, cost 90dollar if i remember good.

Very usefull and good material.

Succes!

Pls look at my attached picture.
Do you mean 2 pins which i marked above MCU or another ?

Could you send me photo of your CRD1.1. adapter ?

You need to make an second bridge also if it doesnt read.
Do not forget to clean the programming pads before you try to read because they are coated
