Sorry can't help you, so i'm just going to ask you some stupid questions.

1) did you remove the 93c46 off the board?
2) what did you use to read the 93c46, hardware? and software?
3) What did you use to programme the transponder with?
4) How did you cut the key blank?

Sorry but, i've caught some eeprom reading diesease from here!

ok let me answer your questions.
1. Yes i removed the 93c46 from the board. the best way to read eeproms is by removing them from board.

2. Any cheap programmer can read 93c46 but I used UPA-USB

3. I used zedbull to program the transponder

4. For newer cars i cut them by key codes but for older vehicles i originate keys using the ignition or door.

Hope this answers your question.

Thanks, how long did it take you to removve eeprom?

2mins, 30 seconds?

What would you have done if eeprom went 'CRUNCH' like when i was playing with myself?

Keys are in 0x40, every key is 4 bytes.

Are you be able to cut new keys and generate transpoder from file?
If yes, which key cutting machine are you using ?
What software are you using to generate new transpoder ?

what did it say on your zed-bull after you generated the key ? succesful ? if it did then the chip is on the board back to front or not soldered on correct check continuity between the board and the legs of the chip with a multi meter and see what results it gives
