opel corsa 1.3 cdti ori file

Hi.
Can somebody please tell me if this file is original. Engine rev fluctuating around 1k rev. Can't test EGR valve with diagnostic tool.
Opel corsa 2004 Z13DT. Marelli ECU 01246JO01D.
