Clio 2 IMMO Help

Hi Friends

I have an Clio 2 UCH - N2 & SIM32 S120201108 B
Car not starting and immo light stay solid red( no blinking )
could someone maby help with immo off dump for ECU ( 95160 )
as the eeprom is blank in the ECU
