HI
i have volvo XC90 D5 Engine ECU BOSCH Control Unit 0281011441 1039s04101 30646978A

after reflache 29f400 (EGR problem) car not start i reflache with original file and many other file but same
pb
i tested all wires is ok
i find also +5v in all sensors

now i have this DTC ECM-8410 / ECM-2700 / ECM-1300 / ECM-8420 / ECM-1400 / ECM-200 / ECM-1000


can someone have a solution or how can repair ecu if is the pb

Resolder Flash
On Mercedes W203 SIM4LE same problem with Flash soldering.
Need solder many Times
Problem is Car cant find ECU! ;-)

i can comunicate with ecu
read dtc but i can't erase dtc when i test with diag some composant like egr /ac work
fan run without stop

If only happens after reflash,confirm soldering and clean very well all contacts and pcb.
Files could be damage,backup,post it,jnoroeste (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/member.php/96517-jnoroeste)

You can read en write this ecu with mpps or fgtech in boot

if fan starts the ecu have no contact with eeprom

Happend to me.
I transfered eeprom, and wrote flash on secondehand ECU.
Possible used wrong voltage pin out in my case.

I think ecu broken 100%

Best way to read this ECU with boot mode
I will buy an other used ecu I will change 5p08c3 eeprom
I hope car work now :giveup::giveup: :giveup:
