radio rd45 psa

i buyed orginal rd45 radio (orginal vas rd4), but canot code vin
i conect to radio but its not recognized by lexia pp2000 and diagbox
i go to telecoding --> set vin and then its saying comunication lost or vin coding not suported by this ecu (depends of program)
maybe someone has simlar problem ?
i use diagbox 6.04
canot do vin in epprom directy because it is used but had varanty
