Ford Galaxy Immo Off Please Help!!!

Hi, Guys need help with My Ford Galaxy Mk2 1.9 tdi 2004 140k.
Need Immo off, Coz car won't start. Saying ECU Bloke Immo. The Code 17978
So need immo off to start and run again!!!!!

Scanner will not help you. You need programmer or bdm frame to read ecu
