Opel Vectra C 1.9 CDTI Start Problem

Hello, i have problem with Vectra C 1.9 CDTI (Common Rail) with cold start. All parameters in OPCOM is good (engine temp., Rail pressure) but car do not start. When i unplug engine coolant temperature car start very well. It posible to change in edc dump to extend glow plug time?
