does this eprom dump works on other seat MED17.5.20 ?? or it is specific for only for this ecu ?

No, this dump will work only for his ecu. The background is, that all VAG Tricore ecu´s have crypted immo data. To decrypt this data the ecu uses a key in OTP area, an area which is not rewritable. So direct cloning of ecu is impossible. For cloning a VAG tricore ecu you have to decrypt and recrypt immo data. For this you can use a lot of tools or online services. But none is for free...

can you give a few names of software and hardware ( for example what tool do you use ) ?
can FVDI do also it?
