I don't quite understand your question? Are you asking what the memory type is? I think it's a 93c86 with SPC processor.

What’s inside and how hard is it to get to into.
Have upa, carprog orig., xprog-m, some ETL and other crap.

Havent done one newer than 2010 or 2011 which was NEC "Hybrid"
anyway yours is most likely SPC...

Mileage will be stored in Dash, PCM & BCM if i recall.
PCM and or BCM
Total distance
Mileage Since Accel/Brake Overide
TPMS 1,2,3,4 & 5
Mileage Since DTC, OIL etc
