Which scanner do you recommend

Hello. I am looking to buy a car diagnostic scanner for Nissan. I want to clear airbag faults. Which one you recommend? Maybe a universal for many brands? I am not looking to spend a lot, just like Lexia 3. Car airbag light was blinking normal, did the switch ignition on/off procedure (3 times). Now it is blinking very slow, but can't shut it down. Its a nissan note which have only start button

Launch x431 - can be purchased for around $350-400 best bang-for-buck to be able scan all available modules in all car brands
or Launch Creader - around $100 but only supports Engine, Transmission, Airbag and Brakes - Supports most car brands
