How can I read a falsh memory in a Fujitsu FT0056A (IC600) ?

I need to disassemble all the cards to access the memory (IC600) and connect the reader, or can I carry through a software through the USB port?

The IC600 its a eeprom. Contains data for the display opening/closing buttons management and etc..
You can read the flash only with a eeprom programmer (tl866ii plus) wit sopt8 socket.
The ic its a "25C512a"
5V flashed with 512kb flashram.

Somebody can to read a backup from this is? In my device crushed... I can reorder another ic, but very very need a dump flash please......

I will really appreciate your help, I tried to read the memory with an upa, however I only got messy information, I already asked for a Tl866ii programmer, I hope I can get the radio pin code with it.

Could you get the anti-theft code from that memory? What lines did you see it on or what program did you use?
