No V54 can not do this ecu.

But FG, origial, can K line & CAN.
MagPro also can, but only CAN.
MPPS can, only CAN.
GlobalTIS SPS can K line & CAN, with Tech2, or Pass-Through ... but this method is too complicated. It was in heavy use, but... was...
So, the choise is yours!

It will not happen under the OBD , you need to directly on the pump
