Best tool for 04 beetle pin code reading and key programming

Im looking for a good tool to read pin code and programme keys on 04 beetles and maybe other vag cars

I wrote, that you have selected the wrong micro in UPA. Just select HC12 -> MC912DG128A and read again. With known pin you can adapt key with vcds in minutes.

that car has been done and away im thinking of future cars ill be doing dont jump to conclusions
